Mile High Fitness is an exceptional health and fitness club where professional, certified fitness instructors and trainers,  provide the knowledge and create the environment for our members  to achieve their fitness goals and improve the quality of their lives.

Some of our featured classes include:

Abs 101
A challenging introduction to abs. Those experienced with working abs also benefit as this program highlights often overlooked aspects of developing abs based on physiological principles. This class is great, even if you think you can't do sit-ups!

Cardio Endurance
This fun focus on cardio endurance combines traditional and current technique to support a healthy lifestyle. Truly get into shape with cardio! Includes warm-up and cool-down to maximize results. 45 minutes.

Cross Training
Combine cardio and strength training for a complete balanced approach to getting into shape and staying fit. Cross training uses selected equipment to achieve outstanding results. Includes weights, bikes, step, balls, and bands. Beginners welcome.

Hip Hop
This low-impact approach to exercise will have you enjoying your class so much, you won't even know its exercise. Feel the beat - Get fit through dance!

Low Impact Aerobics
All the intensity of an aerobics class without muscular stress and jumping. Great for aerobic first-timers and those with arthritic conditions.

On The Ball  These exercise balls have become an extremely popular way to increase core balance and abdominal fitness.  A class for all levels of fitness.  Come join us and have a ball.

Step
Strengthen your lower body and improve cardio endurance using step. Especially helpful for toning legs and calves.

Strength Training
Get stronger today. Great counterpart to individual strength training. Improves flexibility and circulation. Variety of methods is used to support healthy muscle development.

Yoga
Peaceful method to increase flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance. Certified yoga instructors guide through important principles. Beginning to advanced classes available. 45 minutes.

Cycle

Nothing beats an indoor cycling class for a low-impact, high-intensity fitness workout. Experience the best cycling class workout you've ever had while burning 400-600 calories.* Our cycling classes welcome members of all levels

  

Cycle Extreme

With driving music and great drills, we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors without the barking dogs! You’ll climb hills, pass riders on the flats and maybe even do a few time trials. Get ready to sweat! We bring the workout. You bring a towel and water bottle. After this workout you’ll feel ready to go for the “yellow jersey!”

ZUMBA
 

The Zumba® program, created by Beto Perez, fuses Latin dance rhythms with easy to follow dance moves.  The result of this fusion is a fun workout that feels more like a night out dancing than a "work" out in your health club.

TURBO KICKBOXING
Learn Kickboxing skills chorography to energizing music. Using no equipment, this kickboxing workout incorporates a number of upper body punches and lower back kicks. Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels, but newcomers are always welcome - just let your Kickboxing instructor know.

Silver And Fit
A combination of cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercise that incorporates hand weights, elastic resistance bands, and agility training, combined in a choreographed one hour session. (chairs are available)


Spin Thin
A down under on fighting fat - You have to love an excercise that takes just 30 minutes. Involves slowing down every eight seconds after sprints.

This is more effective at burning fat than prolonged aerobics. Devised by Steve Boutcher, Director of the Fat Loss Laboratory at the University of New South Wales, the fast /slow exercise cycle releases Catecholamine/Adrenalin into the blood, which BURNS
